                  A Little History

_In 1976, Dave Gregoire and Sarah McNulty came up with an act for a local fund-raiser. They were inspired by Dave’s original 1st place Halloween costume. A few years later, Dave and Sarah were stitching together sophisticated characters who could lip-sync, show off their dance moves, and make people laugh at nightclubs, sporting events and a few private parties. Eventually, Dave and Sarah quit their day jobs, and by the mid ‘80’s hired about 10 more performers, mostly relatives and friends.
_Today the company has over 30 employees and a 3,500 square foot facility housing it’s offices, dance and recording studios, costume shop and warehouse. The Little People average over 1,500 shows a year. Although they call Chicago home, the Little People have performed in over 30 states, and in China and Puerto Rico. Dave Gregoire and Sarah McNulty-Polarek remain at the helm of their company committed to quality family entertainment.
